Strawberries, coconuts, and rum…. What’s not to like.

| 1 | ounce | light rum |
| 1 | ounce | Malibu Coconut rum |
| 2 | ounce | frozen/fresh strawberries |
| 1 | slice | banana |
| 2 | ounce | unsweetened pineapple juice |
| 2 | ounce | coconut cream |
| 1 | slice | pineapple* |
PREPARATION
*Garnish with pineapple slice
- BLEND the rum, 1/2 oz. of coconut cream and the strawberries to a smooth paste-like consistency.
- Pour paste-mix into tall Hurricane or Collins glass.
- Blend banana, remaining coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums slowly. (Strawberry mixture should ooze towards the top of the glass, simulating a ‘lava flow’.
- Garnish* and serve.
