2 oz tequila
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 maraschino cherry
Method
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.

1 jigger amaretto almond liqueur
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 maraschino cherry
Method
Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with lemon, and dip repeatedly into granulated sugar until it has a good “frosted” rim. Shake amaretto with lemon juice, and strain into the glass; over ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
club soda

Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except club soda and cherry with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into glass over ice cubes and fill with club soda. Stir, then add cherry.
