Description
A delicious recipe for Stanley Steamer, with Tia Maria& coffee liqueur, Carolans& Irish cream, Remy Martin& cognac, coffee, whipped cream and Grand Marnier& orange liqueur. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
1/2 oz Tia Maria& coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Carolans& Irish cream
1/2 oz Remy Martin& cognac
12 oz coffee
1 squirt whipped cream
1 dash Grand Marnier& orange liqueur
Method
Take a warm beer mug w/handle. Put in the liquor. Fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream dashing a little Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier) on top. Serve with a straw.

1 tsp shaved, sweet chocolate
Method
Shake all ingredients (except chocolate) with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the shaved chocolate and serve.
